Costs a bit more than what I was paying earlier but I get much more control over the software. More complete XSLT support with PHP5 for starters.(HE.net has recently started offering php5 too but I wasn't aware until after I'd moved.) And some headaches since I'll now have to deal with spam myself.
The past 7 years with HE.net were practically trouble free, There wasn't any real downtime to speak of except a couple of instances in the early years when some co-hosted site slowed the server down to a crawl. Would definitely recommend them for anyone looking at virtual hosting.
One thing I'll definitely miss is the hand written snail mail xmas card from he.net, which has been the only card I've received most years since my move to Bangalore.
