My second mobile phone, and I got to choose it myself, did a whole lot of hunting around(nearly 1 month), and then it was down to either a Nokia Communicator or a Siemens ME45. Finally decided to go with the Siemens phone + a Handheld instead of an all in one.
The ME45 was supposed to be a rugged phone and looked really good in the ads, but when I finally reached the showroom to pick it up.. and held the phone in my hand, I totally hated it... it felt like a plastic toy and the keys felt even worse. Decided to go with the S45 since it was feature for feature compatible and a comparable Nokia was about 15-20% more expensive.
There was no comparing the C25 to the S45 (but for the keypad), S45 had a large addressbook on the phone, plenty of storage for SMS, wallpapers, midi ringtones, T9, Voice Commands/Dialing and recording and 360kb of "flexmem" for using any combination of these.
The phone also came with a Data cable and software for syncing/backup stuff under windows, but what really surprised me was that there were software listed on FreshMeat for doing most of the stuff under linux too!
